Your Partial Ownership Vacation Home

One-Fifth Ownership

A Montana LLC owns the Property. You are purchasing one of five shares in the LLC. This is NOT a time share.

One Week Rotation

Each member will get to use the property for one week, before rotating. Thursday starting at 4pm to Thursday at check out 11am. Dates can be swapped if both parties agree.

Cleaning Service

The property is professionally cleaned and replenished after each stay, to welcome the next member.

Property Expenses

All expenses are split five ways making ownership very affordable.
